Alaska Commission on Post Secondary Education Student loan can't repay my loan can't get flexible payment options

May 26, 2016 - Currently have an Administrative Wage Garnishment in effect that is 25 % of my biweekly pay. This went into effect without knowledge of a summons. Contacted Alaska Commission on Post Secondary Education ( ACPE ) about the issue, and was told that they were able to proceed even without my presence or knowledge. Attempted to negotiate a payment plan, but was declined. ACPE told me the only way the garnishment would be lifted is if paid in full. April 28, 2016 - When I applied for student loans through the fafsa government website I was approved for a certain about of student loans. A couple of loans I had taken were from an agency by the name of Alaska Commission on Postsecendary Education ( ACPE ). The loans I agreed to take were all federal loans. November 19, 2015 - I have a student loan with Alaska Commission for Post Secondary Education from -/-/- that I have been paying on. If I got behind, I always caught back up. I filed for divorce in -/-/- ( I was a stay at home mom up until -/-/- ) so my account became delinquent and in default. In -/-/- I filed bankruptcy. Knowing my student loan was n't going to be discharged, I contacted ACPSE to setup a payment plan.
