GreenSky Trade Credit, LLC Credit card unsolicited issuance of credit card September 16, 2015 - On - - 2015 a sales rep from - - named - - came to my - - year old father 's home and convinced him that he would benefit from a solar installation. The next day I reviewed the contract he had my father sign and decided to exercise the cancellation clause that day. My father was unaware that the papers he signed would allow them to open a $40000.00 dollar line of credit with Green Sky Credit. They advanced $5000.00 on this new credit card. We have been trying to reverse the $5000.00 credit for months now. I have requested multiple time 's to correct this. I am hop... |
