Credit card unsolicited issuance of credit card August 27, 2016 - Company is reporting on my credit report that I owe them I just realized this is showing on the credit report I have written to them and they sent me back a identity theft affidavit and i asked that they investigate the debt but they are stating the form must be completed first but I have not indicated identity theft as of yet. I returned the form with notary because the police have not been contacted.I asked that a copy of any of the orders and or payments made be sent to me. no response as of yet... |

Credit card unsolicited issuance of credit card March 31, 2016 - I 've contacted them multiple times about them reporting on my credit file a seventh ave account with a balance of - dollars, they wanted me to sign and send back information which I have and they are not in no way trying to resolve this issue with me, I have No idea who or what they sell, I just want them to be removed from my credit file. Please have them Remove themselves from my - major credit files -. They have failed to send me any documentation that this account is valid and I am extremely concerned. ... |
