February 9, 2016 - I have a personal loan with SoFi. On - -, -, I made a payment to pay off this loan in full. I then cancelled the automatic direct deposit that had previously been connected to my account. Sometime after - -, - that payment was rejected. Upon being notified that the payment was rejected, I initiated a wire ( with wire instructions provided by the customer service representative ). This wire was initiated on - -, -.
