Cavalry Investments, LLC Consumer Loan managing the loan or lease March 3, 2016 - I was a co-signer on an auto loan purchased -/-/- and financed through - - -. Shortly afterwards -/-/- Tropical Storm - came through - and flooded the vehicle. The owner was paying the car note but failed to maintain full coverage insurance on the vehicle because it was not being driven and he was going through a temporary hardship, however the car note never failed to be paid. Unfortunately the vehicle was flood during this catastrophic flooding that affected the entire - area and with no insurance the vehicle was picked up by - - - and sold. Years past an... |
