March 23, 2015 - Ally Bank did not follow their published commitment of processing a domestic wire transfer request received by - - that same business day. Instead it took 3 business days and multiple phone calls to Ally Bank in order to process the request. To compound the issue, Ally Bank never proactively contacted me that there was an issue, it was only through repeated calling that I found out things were blocked waiting on some new verification action. ...
