Documentation they provided at the pretrial hearing does not show proof of ownership, or how the alleged amount of debt was calculated. They have provided a bill of sale from the original creditor stating that all accounts in Exhibit A were sold/transferred to Cavalry SPV I , LLC, however, Exhibit A is blank as the accounts were redacted.
