USAA Savings Debt collection improper contact or sharing of info talked to a third party about my debt July 19, 2016 - - ( a 3rd party debt collector ) continues to call my girlfriend ( on her mobile phone ) during work hours.The collection agency has been told more than 4 times to not call her. It has been made very clear that she has no relation to the accused debt. The collection company has shared that it is a an attempt to collect a debt with my girlfriend. The debt collector refuse to call me directly so i can dispute the charge, but calls my girlfriend repeatedly instead.... |
