Consumer Adjustment Company Incorporated Debt collection improper contact or sharing of info talked to a third party about my debt June 20, 2015 - I was n't sure which category this complaint would fall under. I had a debt with - Hospital that I had a payment plan with and fell behind. They sent it to collections. I understand that. The collection agency called me and we negotiated back and forth about a payment plan. The next day ( today ) a hard inquiry is showing on my credit report for an installment loan with the collection agency. I did n't agree to anyone pulling my credit and I absolutely did n't agree to my payment plan '' being an installment loan.
