Capital Accounts, LLC Debt collection improper contact or sharing of info contacted employer after asked not to January 8, 2016 - This company continues to contact me at work after I have indicated that I should not be contacted at work. I requested all contact be in writing but they continue to call. At first it was a male calling me and I informed him I would contact the doctor 's office and he told me people like me was causing this doctor to almost have to close his doors because we refuse to pay our bills. Again I told him I would call the doctor and he said the doctor 's office did not want to talk to me. This is ridiculous considering I do n't owe this company anything. ... |

They had created fraudulent charges to my Insurance company and when the insurance did n't pay them they came after me. I gave them an opportunity to correct the billing and they failed to do so. I have reported them to - different agencies. On - -, 2015, I faxed a letter to Capitol Accounts ( the collection agency my account got sent to -. I then followed up with a phone call on -, -, 2015 with - -. I acknowledged they received the letter and was very rude and said he was going to report tyhis debt to credit agencies and it would effect m... |
