PayPal Holdings, Inc. Prepaid card adding money June 16, 2016 - Paypal is not allowing me to add money to my PayPal account, from a PayPal - card I purchased. I have added funds from similar cards in the past. But this time, over several days of trying, I constantly get the following error code : - Sorry, the redemption of your - - card could not be completed at this time.
