First Data Corporation Prepaid card managing, opening, or closing account July 1, 2016 - I have a paycard through ADP. The card is issued by my employer. I had not used the card in over - years. The department I am in now started to use the card again. I had lost my previous card so I had to call to get a new one issued. First they wanted to charge me a fee, which they can not do since this is a payroll card issued by my employer. I called a second time and again they wanted to charge the fee, but the agent I spoke to agreed to waive the fee and mail me a new card. I also updated my address with her.
