The IRS allows - to an account. They were received and given to the individuals. Then State Farm Bank decided to close my account which still had a balance of a little over $1600.00 claiming they suspected fraud. I contacted my insurance agent to find out what my options were as far as repairs were concerned. They told me that my comprehensive coverage would pay for the repairs and my out of pocket expense would only be $50.00. When I picked up the vehicle for the repair shop, I was told that it was covered under my collision coverage and not my comprehensive. Therefore, I had to pay $250.00 out of pocket instead of the $50.00 my insurance agent told me. I contacted the claims office and they notified me that under my policy, this was correct.... |

The agent erroneously identified the account as a rollover. I did not notice the error until this year when I did my - taxes.
