He has a Georgia - - loan that is a year old. There was not enough money to pay it off - so in - I asked them if they would subordinate - they said they would. I proceeded to have - - pay for an appraisal & we are moving to close the loan & now they are saying they will not subordinate. That is not ethical - I need your help. ... |
