Radius Global Solutions LLC Student loan dealing with my lender or servicer July 24, 2015 - My wife attended a - and still has some debt we have been paying on. Recently a third party contacted us requesting a payment plan or a settlement in full. Finding this kind of fishy we contacted her school loan company ( - ) they informed us the debt had not been transferred to another company. Knowing it was a scam I assumed they would leave us alone. They have now emailed documents to prove there legitimacy which is joke as the debt and names on the paperwork is not accurate. I am hoping to stop these guys from hurting anyone else that might fall prey to their scam. ... |
Radius Global Solutions LLC Student loan dealing with my lender or servicer June 5, 2015 - On -/-/2015 at approximately -, I called Central Credit Servcies LLC at - to make a couple payments ahead on my account. The lady that answered sounded like she had difficulty looking up my account. I had to give her my social security number about - times for her to get it clear. Then she acted like she could n't find my account. I 've called before and they have it up on the screen where all I have to do is verify it. Then she said I have to CALL MONDAY to figure out what happened to my account. She asked for my account number, I gave it to her and she hung up. I was n't rude ... |
