GMA Investments, LLC Debt collection disclosure verification of debt not given enough info to verify debt December 25, 2015 - My sister started receiving calls from a placed called Summit Receivables ( - ) regarding a undisclosed debt on -/-/-. After receiving a message from my sister I contacted the number above. When I called they would not identify the debt in question. They tried to ask for my ssn to look up the supposed account. I did n't give it to them. I had to call back a few times because the people would yell at me and hang up the phone.. Whenever I would request some sort of debt validation. They never identified the debt over the phone nor did they send any letter of validation after I contacted ... |
