USCB Corporation Debt collection disclosure verification of debt not given enough info to verify debt March 11, 2017 - I 've sent several letters to USCB Corp., requesting owner validation of debt and, ( although the account is in collection ) I was told by the collection agency mentioned above that, " We are not the owners of this debt. We have been hired by - Schools to collect your past due tuition ... '' They went on to say, " You can certainly contact the school directly ... '' I recently learned the FCRA and FDCPA, legislations, and that I have the right to request " documents and evidence as proof that they are legal owners of the debt and that they can legally accept payment on it ''.
