I get government assistance for my child care and I have submitted receipts to the owner of the facility and now since no response or contact from her in over - months it was sent to collections in -/-/-. I have disputed this debt from day one of me being notified via mail and nothing has been done to correct my credit report or the amount being collected. They have refused to communicate with CBI that I did, in fact, pay the debt, and CBI subsequently calls me weekly, and has now falsely reported to the credit bureau that I owe the debt.
