I called them, told them I did n't want the product and they gave me an - number to return the product and I 'd get the money back. this was -/-/-. In -/-/- I get a letter from some saw firm Tate & Kirlin Associates, Inc that I owe money and I needed to send a letter saying that I do not owe any money. I did that. Now I get a letter from the same law firm saying the original letter was wrong and the original creditor was -, which was where i got the original email to return... |

One person asked for my social security number and the next person asks for my birth-date but I am not comfortable giving that info out to a company that has so many complaints filed against them.
