January 28, 2017 - I was recently granted a divorce from my husband. The court ruled that he was liable for all outstanding debts on a Master Card with Wells Fargo. I contacted Wells Fargo to have my name taken off of the account and to notify them that my husband was liable for paying off the balance due on the card.
