Had me sign a loan application where they led me to believe there was no closing cost leaving - section blank and claiming at that point it was no money to closing cost loan. -. - was done saying - thing and then - months later it was noted as an error. - months with no follow up. We reached full acceptance of this contract on - -, 2015. This deal was a - on an acre, just outside of - AZ. The property is on septic and has a well agreement, and a road agreement. The buyer is very well qualified and just wanted a low payment with enough land to build a big workshop, so this property fit perfectly.
