Debt collection communication tactics frequent or repeated calls January 27, 2016 - This company has called me repeatedly over three years after my informing them multiple times that this was a wrong number. Their caller ID does not list a name. They have been very rude and refused to identify themselves when I asked who they were, saying " if you are n't the person we are calling, then you do n't need to know. '' I have called back and asked to talk to a supervisor - they said they would transfer me, and dropped the call. ... |
