Upon finally leaving - as a - on - i hired a local cleaning crew give our base housing another final clean. The management told us not waste our money due to the fact that our residence was the last house remaining with carpet. We were told they would tear it all out and lay hard wood like all of our neighbors. I thought it was finished. I was wrong. To check out of base housing por house was inspected. We passed. Kimball, Tirey & St. John LLP Debt collection communication tactics threatened to take legal action April 22, 2015 - Contacted me on -/-/14 via and did not inform me that it was an attempt to collect a debt with threats to garnish my wage. I have been making payments on a monthly basis since - 2014 to current in a timely manner and they have not reported payment history to credit agencies. I have been charged interest in addition to the original debt owed. Since the year started I have been weekly letter from the company as a reminder to make payment by the - of the month and just made a payment the week prior.
