Regional Management Corp. Credit card billing statement May 18, 2015 - I actually have quite a few complaints about Regional Finance. The biggest being that I do not receive a statement. When I spoke with the company about this issue, multiple employees including the supervisor acted as if they had no idea what a statement '' was. - employee even went so far as to say that they did not send reminders '' to pay my account, but that they could give me a receipt of my payment if I came in to their office.
