U.S. Bancorp Prepaid card advertising, marketing or disclosures October 17, 2015 - I purchased this card and tried to use it online on - to pay my account balance. I tried using the card but it kept getting declined. I called the number on the back of the card and was told that - is a blocked merchant. '' The customer service representative said US Bank maintains a secret list of blocked merchants at which they do n't allow their prepaid cards to be used. This is completely deceptive. The back of the card says it is accepted anywhere - is accepted. It makes no mention of a secret '' blocked merchant list. I believe this secret list is to make it harder for people ... |
