USAA Savings Consumer Loan managing the line of credit August 12, 2016 - Loan company applied payments to credit card, not auto loan. Auto loan in default because of this. Payment check referenced the last - numbers of the auto loan ( as it was on the billing statement ). USAA, with whom I have both a credit card ( in default/very late as payments were insufficient ) and an auto loan, refuses to credit the amount to my auto loan. I expect soon to have my car repossessed, though I should have been current with payments. ( I stopped making payments the last 3 months while the USAA was supposed to be sorting this out.
