In -/-/-, I lossed my job and could no longer make payments toward this loan. At this time, I had already paid back the loan amount, but was still being charged interest. My loan was charged off in -/-/-. Collection efforts stopped and I was informed that my loan was null and void since - was being sued for illegal online loan servicing.
