Direct Capital Debt collection taking/threatening an illegal action threatened arrest/jail if do not pay June 22, 2015 - - called my phone and I was unable to speak. I later called the number back and a gentleman answered stating the company name was from direct capital. He transferred me over to another gentleman who was rude arrogant with ill-manner speaking. He threaten to take me to court regarding a - - check. I explained to him I did not have a checking account and then he wanted to verify a social security and date of birth from me. I do not know what this is about or who they are and what they want from me. ... |
