Debt collection taking/threatening an illegal action sued w/o proper notification of suit February 22, 2017 - When we divorced in -, my ex-husband agreed to be responsible for his business debt. In -, Stephen Einstein & Associates tried to pressure me to pay it, I replied right away and then they filed a suit against me in court without proper notification. They wrote me late - -, I called right away and then wrote in the first half of - - and the next thing I knew was that they had filed in court, no notice. It was very upsetting.
