In -, Stephen Einstein & Associates tried to pressure me to pay it, I replied right away and then they filed a suit against me in court without proper notification. Debt collection false statements or representation impersonated an attorney or official July 15, 2016 - I received a letter saying I owed a debt to - - services for a car loan for - I am guessing that the car loan gave the to a law office by the name of Stephen Einstein & associates P.C -, NY - - On -/-/2016 I received a letter stating that the creditor no longer was pursuing the debt without prejudice. so I no longer was thinking about this matter. On -/-/2016 I received another notice stating that the law firm was now pursing me again for this debt without any explanation I am very confused as to what to do about this matter.... |
