Lobel Financial Corporation Credit card billing disputes December 24, 2015 - Lobel Financial is in clear violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act and are refusing to investigate or remove late payments that I feel are in accurate. I sent them a dispute letter and rather than perform an investigation, they sent a computer generated template letter accusing me of credit repair. I asked for them to look into two payments on - 2013 and - 2013. They failed to even look into it and are asking me to provide documentation. That is their job. ... |
