Credit card billing disputes May 12, 2015 - I was contacted from a company LVNV Funding '' about a credit card account from - -, that was sent to their office for collections. They gave me the credit card # but were not able to give me any other information. I explained to them that I did not open an account with - -, nor did I have any knowledge of this account. The time period that they said it belonged to I know for absolute certain it was not me. I then got a copy of my credit report and sure enough this account is on there.
