They called LITERALLY - times, beginning at - ON A SATURDAY, and then the calls continued throughout the week. They were instructed not to call back, and that payment was going to be made as soon as possible. November 21, 2015 - Today I went through an automated system for my care credit account to see if I qualified for a credit line increase. In the past a hard pull credit check has not been required. When I went through the automated system it never stated or asked for my permission to request a credit check. November 20, 2015 - I applied for a Sam 's Club store credit card, but received approval for a Sam 's Club Master Card. I do not want a Master card for Sam 's. I spoke to several people at Synchrony Bank - - ) and was told that I could not have a Sam 's Club store credit card because Synchrony Bank no longer issues them. October 19, 2015 - I was trying to make a purchase with my JC Penney master card and was declined. I called the number on the back of my card and the teller told me that the card I had was cancelled and that a new card was sent out in - 2015.
