I went to - on the - of - 2015, I applied for a credit card and they said I should call the office. I spent over $200.00 on clothes, I called the office and I was told I would receive a letter in the mail, called the office today -/-/15 at - spoke with - and said he would have to resend the letter. It was hard to understand the accent, asked if he could resend it I said yes.
