In - of 2015 I wrote to my card company about an ongoing problem which I had originally called about on four previous occassions. I had requested the no interest financing program, yet the company continued to assess finance charges. At the end of the fiancing period I wrote a check for the full amount, less interest and sent the check along with a letter to the president of the company. Since then I have not received a written response to my dispute letter and the company cashed my restictively endorsed check. Since then I have called three more times requesting a written response which I still am waiting for. I have stopped making payments on an existing program pending their response and resolution of my dispute. However, I have begun to receive collection calls and letters.
