First National Bank of Omaha Credit card customer service / customer relations March 18, 2016 - I purchased - tickets to a show using my First National Bank of Omaha credit card. The show was canceled. The money was refunded to the credit card. There was a balance of $130.00 when the money was refunded. The credit card company will only send me $470.00 and kept the $130.00. for a payment. I requested a check for the full amount $610.00. The payments to the card were current with no past due balance. They have no right to keep my money. I did n't want the balance paid off at that time. Some of that money I needed to give back to the people that were going to the show with me. I... |
