HSBC North America Holdings Inc. Bank account or service problems caused by my funds being low July 20, 2016 - I have been closing my account at HSBC by cancelling all of my activity in the account for the past two months. HSBC refused to notify me when a request for withdrawing funds from - - came in and I had no money in the account. They have my email address and often send me emails for new products and services. They deliberately covered the check so they could collect on the fees and penalties for an overdrawn account. I do not have overdraft protection, so they should not have covered the check and should have notified me immediately.... |
