Webster Bank Bank account or service problems caused by my funds being low May 20, 2016 - Account minimums were raised without my knowledge that triggered fees. The account is split between cash and investments, and the cash portion became too low and this triggered monthly fees. Because I do n't check the account often ( it is a dormant HSA ), I did not see the fees until 1.5y later. Customer service waived 3m of fees after I brought this to their attention.... |
