Banco Popular de Puerto Rico Bank account or service problems caused by my funds being low August 8, 2016 - My father, - - passed away a year ago in - -. My sister - - was his care taker and had guardianship over my fathers affairs both financial and medical. Banco Popular, where my father maintained his account has refused to release the remaining funds to my sister. What are our options? My sister is single and makes minimum wage and could use the funds to help to support herself and her children. Who can we contact? Please help!... |
