TSG Collections, LLC Debt collection communication tactics threatened to take legal action April 5, 2017 - I have been sent to collections over a 4 year old anesthesiologist 's invoice ( Today is the 4-year anniversary of my - ) that I knew nothing about until I received 1 invoice last - -. I promptly called them but never received a call back or received any more communication ( notes attached ) ; now I just received a collection notice on -/-/- almost 4 years to the day! The original invoice was for anesthesia during my 41 MINUTE colonoscopy. my insurance paid $2100.00 + $150.00 for -. My son 's anesthesiologist bill for his 4 HOUR - was less than this.
