Debt collection communication tactics threatened to take legal action October 11, 2016 - I am completely appalled that I am being treated in the same manner as a - individual. Meaning I pay a monthly payment that I can afford and I have tried the entire time that my account has been with this place to make payment arrangements, but get refused to set anything " affordable '' up. The only option I am told is it will go to legal attorney then to court. I am a working citizen that first of all pays for my medial insurance, and still I am treated like the individuals that ignore and do not pay anything. I called and asked what this was for and was told - - - referred me ( for a bill I never received from - ). I sent a cease and desist letter and got a letter back stating they have verified my address and the amount I owe is $2100.00.
