I pay my mortgage online and this month there was an additional fee of $350.00 indicating it was a fee for possibly mitigation and/or short sale ( it was n't clear ). I must have forgotten to pay the -dollars on my loan and got no correspondence that I was late. I was trying to change my name on my loan and they told me a month ago I was 30 days past for 7 months. The man I originally spoke with said they had sent out a letter every month for seven months that they had proof of that. I squared up this month. Meanwhile selling my house and I 'm told I need a statement of my loan history for my lender.
