January 9, 2017 - I bought something with my credit card from a merchant and had a dispute. The merchant sent me the wrong item. My credit card company asked me to fax information. I let them know that I only have email and no fax. They said that they would pursue the claim without that information and if it fails, they would still reimburse me $30.00.
