We contacted Barclay Card with - - - over - charges to - with a billing dispute. - never credited the account on their end and then proceeded to charge us twice. When I contacted them to put in a dispute they told me it would be taken care of and not to pay it. About a month and half later I woke up to discover they had put back the charges to -. They advised me that they have no dispute rights because the dispute was not completed properly or entered properly into their system and - sent them documents. I requested those documents on - - and still as of the date of this complaint have received nothing. Repeated calls to them have garnered no help except that they would look into it which they never did. They are refusing correct their representatives error and process the dispute that I requested just telling me that it is a one time deal. In addition I submitted a payment to them in - for the amount of interest bearing balance as I have some items on a no interest promotion. They did not apply it to the interest bearing amount instead to the promotion and their response was that they always go to the promotion first. I thought they had to apply this to the most expensive interest portion first. Some of the items were never even placed on promotion instead on lower interest rate. They have also refused to correct this.
