First Citizens Consumer loan taking out the loan or lease March 30, 2015 - I applied for a vehicle loan in -/-/- with - - Bank - - - - -, GA. The loan was approved with collateral of the vehicle, however, the loan officer, - - - - told me that the bank wanted a Certificate of Deposit in the amount of $5500.00 to be held for 12 months. Within that 12 months of payment history, if I paid on time the bank would release the $5500.00 certificate of deposit.
