I do not owe the amount reported, and the collection agencies can not provide any evidence to prove and/or verify the account. The account keeps being transferred from one agency to another, with no accountability, while severely damaging my credit ( and my ability to refinance my home ) and creating a financial hardship by reducing my income. Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt is not mine July 12, 2016 - I have sent many disputes to the Credit Agencies and to ECMC in regards to the - accounts that they are inaccurately reporting on my credit file. I have informed them many times that these accounts do not belong to me. I contacted the Credit Agencies and they stated that ECMC verified that these items are accurate. But it is ironic how ECMC will respond to the Credit Agencies but not to me. It seems to me as if they are intentionally disregarding all of my letters and the FCRA laws. ECMC Group, Inc. Debt collection disclosure verification of debt right to dispute notice not received May 13, 2016 - A hold was placed on my checking account this afternoon for $5100.00. I contacted my bank, -, and they named Premier Credit of - - and Indiana Department of Revenue as the parties requesting the hold. I had not heard of Premier Credit of - - before, and because I pay taxes I 'm familiar with -. However, I was shocked to learn that there is a claim for that amount of money, and even more shocked to have found out by not being able to access the funds in my bank account.
