National Arbitration Forum Debt collection communication tactics threatened to take legal action November 12, 2015 - They called my job 4 times within 2 hours. I told them not to call me there and they told me they would call anytime they wanted. Also told me they were getting ready to take legal action against me. Said they were going to deliver legal papers to my home or work. Refused to give me their physical and/or mailing address. Stated they were under no legal obligation to. They refused to tell me why they were calling or what type of business they were. After some research I found they were a " debt collector ''. ... |
