Review and analysis of over 101 Mobile Wallet complaints against PayPal
PayPal consumers have reported over 101 official complaints related to Mobile wallet. Out of the 101 consumer complaints against PayPal, 20% were disputed by the consumer (i.e. the consumer was not happy with how PayPal responded to their complaint) and 99% were processed in a timely manner. 15% of consumer complaints against PayPal resulted in the consumer receiving monetary compensation (e.g. money, cash reimbursement, etc.) and 33% resulted in non-monetary compensation.

Someone obtained my PayPal password and used it on -/-/- to make an eBay purchase ( not from my account ). Paypal reversed this charge and password was changed.
