Guglielmo and Associates Debt collection taking/threatening an illegal action sued w/o proper notification of suit January 20, 2016 - There are multiple violations of the FACT, FDCPA, and NFDCS. Has not validated despite multiple requests other than stating that Defendant owes the debt. Refuses to provide any information on account or any type of indication that Defendant opened the account or show any evidence that the account is his. Did not notify Defendant of their right to dispute lawsuit. Did not give a " 30 day '' notice to dispute.
