Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt is not mine March 27, 2017 - A man named - from a company called - has called me to report a delinquent account on behalf of Cash Net USA as an attempt to collect an alleged debt. I 've never applied for a payday loan, so I called Cash Net USA and they have no record of me or an account in my name. I attempted to call - back and continued to get voicemail. He later called me back from a different number in a different city than the previous call. I 'm sending a DN to the company. I highly suspect this is a fraudulent company. Then received another -/-/- and called back and found out that I had supposedly got a loan from payday advance the total was $280.00 through a bank called - Bank, this happened sometime in -/-/-. I went up to the - Bank and found out my that the account was closed -/-/-. I did not apply for any advance loan anywhere on line or at the bank. I was directed to fill this out. Never signed a note with NC Financial and they have asked me to fax them sensitive personal and financial information that is not proper procedure for a legitimate company.
